RESOLUTION 2000-131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXTEND THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PETERSON CONSULT-
ING GROUP, INC. TO PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE
ELECTRIC UTILITY FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $9,500
WHEREAS, Peterson Consulting Group, Inc. has worked for the City of Seward on various
projects over the last several years and has provided valuable assistance to the Electric Utility; and
WHEREAS, the consulting fee of Peterson Consulting Group, Inc. has been lowered from
$150/hrto $ 120/hr; and
WHEREAS, Peterson Consulting Group, Inc. has always provided high value for the funds
expended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to extend the Professional Services Agreement
with Peterson Consulting Group, Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed $9,500.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Seward, Alaska, this 6th
day of November, 2000.
