RESOLUTION 2014-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECOMMENDING CITY COUNCIL
AMEND PORTIONS OF SEWARD CITY CODE §15.10.140
DEFINITIONS AND §15.10.225 LAND USES ALLOWED TABLE;
AFFECTING STORAGE CONTAINERS AND TEMPORARY
STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission held several public work sessions on
Temporary Structures and Storage Containers, specifically to update the Seward City Code; and
WHEREAS,the Public Hearing notification process has been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
L.. Section 1. The Commission recommends Ordinance 2014- attached and
incorporated herein by reference, be forwarded to City Council for approval,
amending portions of Seward City Code §15.10.140 Definitions and §15.10.225
Land Uses Allowed Table.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 4th
day of March 2014.
