THE CITY SEWER. SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Seward City Council feels it is in the
public interest to accept the Alaska Department of Environmental
Conservation grant offer of )05, 310 to connect the Alaska
Skill Center ~echanical Shops to the City Sewer system.

TilE CITY (}1i' SBWARD,ALASKA that:
Section 1. The City ~anager is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the necessary documents to accept the ~rant
in accordance with the requirements of the Alaska Department of
Environmental Conservation.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately u~on passage and adontion.
