RESOLUTION
~, there was Issued to EMMA LU DOUuLAS, of Seward,
Alaska, Retall Liquor License No. jljb for the year l~'l, inten-
ded to cover a Retail Liquor Store situate in the Northeast
corner of her place of Business known as the Northern Bar, in
the City of Seward, Alaska; and,
WHEREAS, said Retail Liquor License No. jl)b was applied
for, and pald for, in error; the said EMMA LU DOUGLAS havlng had
no intention of operatlng a Retail Liquor Store at said location
after the jlst ~ecemoer l~'U,
NOW, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Treasurer of the
Territory of AlaSka, be and he 18 hereby requested to refund to
the sald Emma Lu Douglas, of Seward, Alaska, the License Fee of
Three Hundred Dollars ($3uu.UU) paid by her for said Retall Liquor
License No. jljb, upon surrender by said Emma Lu Douglas of said
license and all privileges Incident thereto.
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Seward, Alaslra waiv9s
the nght to my clam on account of sald License fee, or to any
portion thereof.
