1951, at Seward Alaska, for the purpose of purcfu1se of Seward
Water Company for $80,000:

The rules governing the passage and approval of resolutions
are hereby suspended and an emergency is declared, and th:s
Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its introduction
and passage this 4th day of September, 1951.
