A RESOLUTION OF THE CGMMJN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
AlJ',:;KA GRti.NTH!G A ZONE PERMIT TO THE BeRTHERN CAB CO.
vJHEREIS, The granting of a zone permit r~quires designation
by the City 11anager and a resolution of the Common Council
of the City of Seward, A1~ska under Ordinance No. 240, and
vJHEREAS, The City l-'Ji3.nager of the City of Seward has investigated the
request of Fred Lequier of the Northern Cab Co. and found
they have complied with Ordinance No. 240,
Nail, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the COml1l0n Council of
the City of Seward, Alaska that the Northern Cab Co. be granted
a zone permit in space directly in front of the entrance
to Northern Cab Co. on Fourth Avenue, for one cab. This
permit to expire June 3D, 1955.
Passed and approved by the Common Council this 21st day of
June, 1954.
