<br />r=-. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. s-1 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING TAX DEED TO BE ISSUED TO THE CITY OF <br />SEWARD. ALASKA. FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF <br />SEW AR D. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. at public auction held on the 15th day of February, 1935, <br />in pursuance of an order of sale made and entered in the District Court for <br />the Territory of Alaska, Third Judicial Division on the D1hday of December, <br />1934, the city of Seward became the purchaser of Lot Four (4) of Block One <br />(1) of the Original Townsite of Seward, Alaska, according to the official <br />Flat thereof, having bid therefor the amount due on said Lot, including the <br />tax, penalty, interest and costs due and delinquent thereon for the year 1933 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a period long in excess of two years has elapsed since <br />the date of said sale and no redemption has been made therefrom, and the <br />City of Seward has long been entitled to a tax Deed to said Lot, NOW. THERE- <br />FORE. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SEWARD.
