of Sale was entered in the District Court, Third Judicial Division, Territory
of Alaska. in Case No. 5-1[;, ua, In the Matter of the Delinquent Tax Roll of
:thc Clty of Seward, for the years 1452 and 1953, which order provides in part
. that the city of Seward may sell the several tracts of land described in the
delinquent tax roll on file in said case, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SE W AR D, ALASKA:
That the clerk of the City of Seward shall sell sald property and
tracts of land at public auctJon on the _...:3 0
day of Noverrber, 1954, after
'giving due notice thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 16-1-127
A. C. L. A, 1449.
