IfHEREAS, The Common Council of tha City of Seward has
been granted a preliminary permit by the Federal
Power Commission for the purpose of conducting an
investigation of the Hydroelectric possibilities
of PtaI11:'.igan Lake, Alaska, and,
1flHEREJl.s, The Common Council has reviewed this permit and
find it in order,
NCW, THEREFCRB, BE IT RE.'::OLVED, by the Common Council of
the City of Seward, Alaska,
That the permit be accepted and the City Manager,
City Clerk and City Treasurer are authorized to
execute said permit for the City of Seward, Alaska.
