RESOLUTION
No. 76
BE IT REOOLVBD by the Conmon Council of the City of
~ard, Alaska,
That the fim of attorneys Faulkner, Banfield and
Bochever, be retained for leqal services in connecti on
wi th the Cresaent Lake Hydro proj oct and authorize and
request that they p-ooeed to obtain peDlits and/or
easements where neoessary for a distril::ution line.
A. From ~ard to Mile 8, together with all
other roads in Seward fringe area.
B. From Mile 8 to Mile 32.
c. From Mile 32 to Henton's Lodqe if necessary,
and steps be taken in the order indicated.
Passed and approved by the Common Council this 17th day
of May, 1955.
