RESOLUTION NO. 80.
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING TAX DEED TO BE ISSUED TO THE CITY OF
SEWARD, ALASKA. FOR CER TAIN REAL PROPER TY IN THE CITY OF
SEWARD.
WHEREAS, at public auction held on the 15th day of February, 1935,
in pursuance of an order of sale made and entered in the District Court for
the Territory of Alaska, Third Judicial Division on the 1Uth day of Decerr'ber,
1944, the city of Seward became the purchaser of Lots Eighteen (18), Nine-
teen (19) and Twenty (20) in Block T'drty-seven (37) of the Original Townsite
of SeNard, Alaska, according to the official Plat thereof, having bid therefor
the arrount due on said Lots, inc1udin[ the tax, penalty, interest and costs
due and delinquent thereon for the years 1932 and 1933, and
WHEREAS, a period long in excess of two years has elapsed since the
date of said sale and no redemption has been made therefrom, and the City
of Seward has long been entitled to a tax Deed to said Lots, NOW, THci{E-

BE IT RESOLV ED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF ruE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA:
That RUSSELL PAINTER, as Mayor, and ERl\ A WALKER, as
City Clerk, execute a Tax Deed to said Lots hereinbefore, in this resolution,
described, to have and to hold the title to said Lots unto theCity of Sjward,
Alaska, and those holding by, through or under it, forever.
