TERRITOHY OF ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. K
WHEREAS, the City of Seward, Al.aska
has heretofore
applied to the Alaska Public Horks, Office of Territories, Department
of the Interior, for the construction of a two-story hospital
building
; and
vIHEREAS, the Office of Territories, Department of the 1n-
terior, has received an ap})ropriatiol1 from the Congress for the con-
struction of this project (Aa". 50-A-97 ) I and
~~REAS, the Office of Territories, Department of the 1nte-
rioI' 5.s prepared to make an allotment of these funds to the
City of Seward
for the construction of this project subject,
however, to the conditions which have becm listed in the notification
of allotment dated August ). 1955. from Jalil0S W. Huston, Director,
Alaska Public ~vorks, Office of Territories, U. S. Department of the
Intorior; and
~lliREAS, after due consideration of those conditions of allot-
ment this Council
as[;omb1ed has agreed to accept said allotment
subject to the said conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE. D:;; IT RE',OLVED by the Council
in meeting
assembled:
1. The allotment of funds for the construction of a two-story
hospital 1::uilding

conditions set forth in the letter of August ), 1955 from James W.

2. That a copy of this Resolution to transmitted to
James W. Huston, Director, Al'i."ka Public Works, Office of Territories,
