RESOLUTION
NO. 88
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of tha City of
Saward, Alaska, that the following named persons shall
act as Judges, Clerks and as Inspactor of Election at
the Spacial, Election on October 18. 1955. at Seward,
Alaska. Said Special Election to be held for the
purpose of determining whether or not the qualified
voters of the City of Saward, Alaska, should authorize
the issuance of Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed
six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00) for the pur-
pose of purChasing, rehabilitating, battering and
financing a, telephone systsn, pursuant to Title 48,
Section 44F. U.S.C.A. or Act of Congress of March 6,
1946.

The rules governing the passage and approval of resolutions
are hereby suspended and this Resolution shall be effective
