RESOLUTION NO. 122 ~ ()
WHEREAS, the City of Seward is a licensee of the Federal PCIW'er Commission
for Proj ect No. 2171, bein;J the Crescent Lake Hydroelectric Project; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Power CODlll1ssion has issued its Order 11205 under date
f June 6, 1958, amending Section ll.20 of Regulations under the Federal Power
Act and prescribin;J therein a procedure for determinin;J the assessment of the
administrative charges; and
WHEREAS, it beCOIll8S necessary for the City of Seward to accept the above
escribed order in order to amend its outstanding and above described lieense;
NOW, 'lHEREFORE, BE IT REOOLVLD THAT the Aoting Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized to execute a certificate of agreement of the amendment prescribed
by the Federal PCIW'er Commission Order No. 205, issued June 6, 1958.
AN EMERGENCY IS HEREB'l DECLARED, to exist, and the rules governing the
passage of Resolutions and Ordinances are hereby suspended. This Resolution
s hereby given effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
