REOOLUTION NO. 130
WHEREAS in the City of Seward there are dupl1eate sets 0f .tr..ts
lettered wAw, wBw, wCw, and -nw, and
WHEREAS this is a circumstance where much confusion ensues and
WHEREAS in order to alleviate such confusioJ\ it becomes neoessary
to rename at least one eet of said lettered streetsp
NON, THEREFORE BE IT RESJLVEOp and it is hereby reso1Ted that wAwp
-Bw, wCw and -0- streets in the Bayview Additioa of the City of Seward be
changedp and they are hereby changed to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER Rm)LVED, that that portion of the City c# Seward
now C2mmonly known as Oairy Hill shall be and it is henceforth to be
known as -CHAMBERLIN HILL- in honor of the first Mayor of the City of
Seward.
AN EMERGENCY IS HEREBY OECLAREO ro EXIST, and the rules gonrning
the passage of ordinances and resolutions are hereby suspended and this
resolution is given full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
