RESOLUTION NO. 135
WHEREAS .be City of Seward i. now operating under tbe council-manager form of
city government and,
WHEREAS over twenty-five percent of the qualified electors of the City of Seward
have signed a petition calling for an election to determine if tbe City of Seward shall
continue operating under the pr...nt council-manager form of government or revert to the
Mayor-Council form of gove....nt and,
WHEREAS the City Clerk of the City of Seward ha. certified said petition to be in
accord with state law and oX'4ill&1lce. of the City of Seward and,
WHEREAS tba City Council of the City of Seward have accepted such petition to be true
and correct
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ~VID, and it is hereby resolved, that the City Clerk of tbe
