To Whom it May Concern:
I, Beatrice E. Watts, being first duly sworn and deposed do
hereby certify that on December 21, 1960 I ordered publication
of Official Notice of adoption of Resolution No. 192 and
Parking Regulations No.1 and 2 in the Petticoat Gazette of
DeceDlber 22, 1960, said Notice containing Regulations No. 1
and 2 in full and citing the effective date, in accordance
with Section 8.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
Further to the requ:ir eaent of the Code of Ordinance., said
Official Notice was requested for publication by the local
Radio station and was po8tltd on the \lull.tin board at City
Hall on December 21, 1960. Posting location included in the
Official Notice.
