RESOLUTION NO. 193 BE IT RESOLVED that the Certified Statement of Mrs. Norma Serio dated December 28, 1960 to the effect that during the tax years 1958-59 and 1959-60 all personal property previously owned by Gus and Norma Serio was owned by Norma Serio having been awarded toNorma Serio by the Superior Court of Alaska be accepted and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to correct the tax rolls as follows: 1958-59, $82.68, in the name of Gus Serio to be assessed and billed to Norma Serio in the same amount. 1959-60, $32.00, in the name of Gus Serio to be assessed and billed to Norma Serio in the same amount. Supervise the operation of the Small Boat Harbor under the direction of the City Manager. 2. Enforce all rules and regulations concerning the operation of the Small Boat Harbor. 3. Make at least daily inspection of the harbor to insure the safety and security of the boats moored there and the safety and security of the Small Boat Harbor facilities and additional inspection in bad weather. 4. Sell gas and oil to the boats at times and at prices scheduled. 5. Assign transient boats and inform owners and/or operators of the rules and regulations of the Harbor. 6. Assign and collect fees for use of any vacant space according to the directives of the Manager. 7. Maintain required records on forlll8 provided. 8. Keep the Manager informed of the general condition of the Harbor at least weekly and immediately in case of emergency. accident or injury. 9. Maintain the Harbor equipment and facilities in good repair and safe condition within the ability of the Harbor Master and time available. Requisition necessary supplies. equipment and repairs from the Manager. 10. Be on duty or available for duty on all days of the Salmon Derby or other special events and from 6:00 P.M. Friday to Midnight Sunday on all weekends durinS the boating season (1 April to 30 September). unless otherwise approved by the Manager. Also on holidays. 11. PulIlp boats with City equipMnt to keep from sioking and pump other boats in accordance with owner's request at fees established and posted. 12. Collect for gas. oil or other services. keep funds secure and turn in to the City as directed. 13. The Harbor Master will not engage in sales other than these items approved by the Manager and with the consent of the Council. Salary and Perquisites 1. $100.00 per month. 2. Use of living quarters in the rear of the Harbor House. 3. Fifty per cent. of the profit (difference between cost and sale price) on sale of gasoline and all profit on sale of oil. 4. At least 5~ of fees for services. t Salary and Perquisites (cont'd) 5. The privilege of leasing the front end of the Harbor House for the operation of a Coffee Shop at $1.00 per month. Such Coffee Shop to be operated according to the State and City Health Requirements. Upon termination of employment for any cause any and all equipment. fixtures and furniture not belonging to the City shall be removed within a period of not to exceed ~dayS from such date.
