RESOLUTION NO. 200
BE IT RESOLVED that the lease dated April 7, 1961 for a period
of three years between Clarence E. and Rose Martin and the City
of Seward for the front end of the buildin~ known as the Harbor-
house be approved, and the Manager and Clerk are hereby
instructed to execute and deliver said lease.
This Resolution to be in full torce and effect imIIIediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved this ?th day of April, 1961.
