. PROPOSED RESOLlITION NO. 202
BE IT RESOLVED that the monthly water rates for service to The Alaska
Railroad under the commercial section of Resolution No. 166 dated
August S. 1960 are hereby cancelled and the monthly water rate for
The Alaska Railroad is hereby approved effective 1 August 1960 in
the amount of $275.00 per month flat rate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager and the Clerk of the City of
Seward are hereby instructed to execute and deliver Supplement No. 2
to Contract No. 14-04-003-223 effective August 1. 1960 and setting
forth a monthly water service rate of $275.00 per month flat rate.
this Supplement made and entered in~o the 2nd day of February.

This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
