RESOLUTION NO. 206
BE IT RESOLVED that Acting City Manager Ray F. James shall secure
a Faithful Performance of Duties Bond as required by Section 1.200
of the Code of Ordinances. said bond to be in the amount of Five
Thousand and No/loo ($5,000.00) Dollars. surety to be a registered
bonding company, effective iumediately, premium to be paid by the
City of Seward. Seward Electric System and Seward Water System,
and guaranteeing to hold the City harmless from loss arising from
said Ray F. James' failure to faithfully perform the duties of
Acting City Manager.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect upon passage and
approval.
Passed and approved this 28th day of Karch, 1961.
