RESOLUTION NO. 211
BE IT RESOLVED that the monthly water rates for service to the
power plant operated by Seward Fish & Cold Storage Company under
the commercial section of Resolution No. 166 dated August 5. 1960.
is hereby cancelled and the monthly water rate for this service
is hereby approved effective 1 August. 1960. in the amqunt of
$30.00 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that inasDlUch as the above described
water bill was paid under protest in order to continue to receive
service for the months Auaust 1960 to the present. that a cash
refund of the difference between the rate established by Resolu-
tion No. 166. which was $75.00 per month and this adjusted rate
of $30.00 per month be paid to Seward Fish & Cold Storage Company.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 21st day of April, 1961.
