No. 188 to remain unchanged.
Publication of this Resolution shall be by posting a copy
hereof on the City Hallbulletin board for a period of ten
days following its passage and approval, and notice there-
of published in a newspaper of general local circulation.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 19th day of May, 1961.

City of Seward, Alaska
The following Resolutions were passed and approved by the City
Council on May 19, 1961. Publication hereof is made pursuant
to Section 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
~RESOLUTION NO. 214 - Amending Permit Fee Schedule Under Ordi-
nance No. 298 (Garbage & Refuse) to Permit the use of the City
Dump for Burning Confidential Papers by Residents of the City
for a Permit Charge of $0.50 per Year.
Resolution No. 217 - Setting forth the procedure for securing,
opening, tabulating andforevaluating all bids for routine
purchases by The City of Seward, Seward Electric System and
Seward Water System.
Resolution No. 214 and No. 218 are posted on the City Hall
bulletin Board on the 31st day of May, 1961.
