RESOLUTION NO. 223
BE IT RESOLVED that the rate of levy on the 1960-61 personal and real
property tax rolls shall be and is hereby levied at the rate of Twenty
(20) mills per dollar of assessed valuation, and
That, in accordance with Section 7.ll0 of the Code of General
Ordinances, the total of said 19b0-61 property tax shall become delin-
quent, and subject to penaJ.ty and interest as set forth in Section
7.ll0 of the Code of Ordinances, unless at least one-halt of the total
amount due is paid on or before July 15, 1961, and the second half
paid on or before January 15, 1962, and
That, a cliscount of two per cent (2%) shall be allOlRtd if the
total property tax is paid in full on or before July 15, 1961.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect iDIIediately upon passage
am approval.
Passed and approved by The CaDIlon COUDeil of the City of Seward,
Alaska, this 16th day of June, 1961.
