RESOLUTION NO. 226
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk of the City of Seward.
Alaska, are hereby instructed toexecute and deliver VEHIClE IMPOUND
CONTRACT, containing the provisions of bid awarded to Win Ervin
Motor Company at special meeting of March 30. 1961, between the
City of Seward and Win Ervin Motor Company for the period June 6,
1961 to and including December 5, 1962.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect ilIInediate].v upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved by The Cammon Council of the City of Seward.
Alaska, this 16th day of June, 1961.
