RESOLUTION NO. 227
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to mo~ion passed and approved
by the City Council on October 7, 1960, approving author-
ity to consolidate ~e bankinc facilities of all City and
Seward Water Syst~ funds except the restricted bond re-
serve and redeaption funds and possibly the water customer
deposits and except the electric funds. that the City
Council now authorizes the consolidation of all City.
Seward Electric System and Seward Water System banking
facilitiee except the Electric System Bond Redemption and
Bond Res.rYe tuad. and except the Water System Bond
Redemption ..d Bond Reserve funde, said consolidation in
no way to affect the separateness of each fund of each
unit 1ft the be.~ ot account.
