RESOLUTION NO. 232
BE IT RESOI,VED that the following Traffic Regulation No. 4
dated August 4. 1961. recommended by the Mayor under Section
8.101 of the Code of Ordinances be approved and the Clerk is
hereby :Instructed to publish said Traffic Regulation No. 4
and by such publication Regulation No. 4 is to be effective
inunediately in accordance with Section 8.101 of the Code of
Ordinances:
Regulation No. 4 - That the maximum rate of speed
under any road or driving condition for all vehicles
travelling across the lagoon on Third Avenue be-
tween the City Limits and Van Buren be increased
from twenty-five (25) miles per hour to thirty-
five (35) miles per hour.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect inunediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Council of the City of Sewerd
