RESOLUTION NO. 233
BE IT RESOLVED that the Manager and Clerk of the City of Seward are
hereby instructed to execute and deliver Contract No. DA 95-510-
ASK-I023 with the U. S. Army for purchase from the City of Seward
of Electric and Water Utility Service to the U. S. Army Recreational
Center near Seward, Alaska, etfective May 1, 1961.
This Resolution to be in full torce and eUect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the CQllJlllon Council ot the City of Seward,
this 26th day ot August,
