BE IT RESOLVED that ~e City of 3eward nereby approved the
purchase of LOT 29, MARATHON lDDITIOW, CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, for tne purpose of proT1d1ng aftd aaintaining an
access r1&A'-of~.y to the Mt. Marathon Water Supply intake
area; that upon receip' by ~. City of an abstract of title
and deed appreve4 .y the City AttQrney~ such papers to be
at City expenae, that par-ent for said Lot in the amount
of One Thous..d and. 10/100 ($1,000.00) iollara to the
present owners, Victor r. aDd Elisabeth L. Mahan, is hereby
authorized; that said LOT 29, MARATHON ADDITION is hereby
dedicated to public use as an access right-of-way to the
Mt. Marathon Water Supply.

upon paasage and approval.
Passed an4 approved by the COMmOn Council of the City
of Seward, Alaska, this 9th. day of October, 1961.
