RESOLUTION NO. 242
BE IT RESOLVED that the following Traf~ic Regulation
No.5 dated Nov~b.r 3, 1961, recgmmended by the Chief of
Police under Section 8.101 of the Oode of Ordinances be
approved and ~h. Clerk is hereby instructed to publish said
Traffic Regulation No. 5 and by such publication Regulation
No. 5 is to De effective immediately in accordance with
Section S.lOl of the OoaQ of Ordinances:
Regulation No. 5 - That First Avenue between
Adams and Jefferson shall be a one way street
with traffic moving South, that is from
Jefferson toward Adams during Winter-time
when the street ia so posted.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and apprgval.
Passed and approved hy the Council of the City of Seward
this 3rd day of Nevember, 1961.
