RESOLUTION NO. 246
BE IT RESOLVED that MemorandUDl of Agreement between the City of
Seward. Alaska, and the State of Alaska, made on the fifteenth day
of December. 1961. for the purpose of transferring the operation of
the State Building at Seward. Alaska, to the City of Seward. and
providing a basis for sharing the expenses of operation be approved
with the insertion of the following after the words January 1. 1962.
"or at such time as the State has completed the requirements for use
by the City of Seward and approval of the State Fire Marshal for use
of the basement as a jail".
THIS RESOLUTION to be in full force and effect immediately upon
passage and approval.
Passed and Approved this 15th day of December. 1961.
