33 IT RESOLV2D that t~e Manager shall ~otify ehe CorpG of
En~ineer3 that the City will insure the removal of floaes and
piles to permit clear access for the maintenance dredging arlu
that funds fro~ Account Nwnbera 70.1SS, Sewer Debt Principal;
70.211, Professional Jervices; Reserve for Fire Truck; Employee
Heallv~l .~ Accident Insurance fund and the TI~arineNay Fund be
tLms Cerred to the Boat Harbor in such amounts as are necessary
to remove the floats and piling for dredging. Such funds to
be repaid according to a ~chedule which shall be approved by
tne Council within sixty (60) Jays after the exact amount re-
quircd i" known. This refunJ to incluJe any interest which
such funds might otherwise have drawn.
rhis ResoJution \#0 be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Gommon Council of the City of
Jeward this 2eth day of December, 19b1.
