RESOLUTION NO. 258
BE IT RESOLVED that ..JAMES W. HARRISON, appointed Manager of
the City of Seward on April 11, 1962, effective upon arrival as near
May 1, 1962 as possible, shall be compensated at the rate of Twelve
Thousand and No/100 ($12,000.00) Dollars per annum plus One Thousand
Five Hundred and No/IOO ($1,500.00) Dollars toward expense of moving
to Seward.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ..JAMES W. HARRISON shall be re-
quired to secure a Faithful Performance of Duties Bond in the amount
of Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars as set forth in Section
1.200 of the Code of Ordinances, surety to be a registered bonding
company, guaranteeing to hold the City of Seward harmless from loss
arising from said James W. Harrison'. failure to faithfully perform
the duties of City Manager, said bond to be effective immediately,
and premium to be paid by the City of Seward.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon paa.age and approval.
Passed and approved by The Common Council of the City of
