RESOLUTION NO. 261
BE IT RESOLVED that agreement between owner and engineer for professional
services between the City of Seward and Tryc:k, Nyman & Associates submitted by
the engineer April 21, 1962 for engineering and related services in connection
with the construction of improvements to the municipal water system as approved
by the Special Election of April 10, 1962 be approved in principal pending
financial arrangements by the City for funds to cover total cost of said
agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Seward hereby guarantees payment
of up to Four Thousand Five Hundred ($4,500.00) Dollars for services rendered
through the preparation of bidding documents upon delivery of same.
This Resolution to be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and approval.
Passed and approved by the COIIIIlOD Council of the City of Seward this
30th day of April, 1962.
