RESOLUTION NO. 265
WHEREAS, the CITY OF SEWARD - SEWARD WATER SYSTEM, as authorized
by Resolution No. 256, has applied to Housing & Home Finance Agency,
Community Facilities Administration, for a loan to aid in financing the
construction of improvements to the supply and distribution of the
existing municipal water system, this application subsequent to Advance
Planning Loan Project No. P-Alaska 3040, and the City of Seward has
authorized Chester A. Kunz, City Manager, by Resolution No. 256, to
furnish such information 8S the Housing & Home Finance Agency may
reasonably request in connection wi.th the application for construction
loan, and
WHEREAS, there has been a change in the office of Seward City
Manager, and James W. Harrison was appointed City Manager effective
May 11, 1962,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The Common Council of the
City of Seward, Alaska: That James W. Harrison, City Manager, be and he
is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
Housing & Home Finance Agency may reasonably request in connection with
the above described application for construction loan.
