RESOLUTION NO. 268
BE IT RESOLVED that Agreement Between Owner and Engineer
for Professional Services between the City of Seward and
Tryck, Nyman & Associates as authorized by Resolution No.
261, be approved with the exception that the City of Seward
shall be bound for payment to the said Engineers for
professional services in regard thereto only to the extent
authorized by said resdUtion pending the availability of
funds from the Federal Housing and Home Finance Agency.
This resolution to be in full force and effect immediately
upon passage and approval.
Passed and approved by the Common Council of the City of
Seward, Alaska, this 22nd day of June, 1962.
