CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 81-37
RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING THE CAPITAL PROJECTS
AND THE AMOUNT ALLOCATED TO EACH PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH HCS CSSB 168 (FINANCE) 1981 SESSION.
WHEREAS, HCS CSSB 168 (Finance) 1981 requires a
resolution to identify capital projects and the amount of
money allocated to each project, as well as the total
entitlement for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City is entitled to receive $535 for
each of the 1,843 people residing within the City boundaries
for a total of $986,005;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, THAT:
Section 1. The $986,005 received under the State
Assistance for Municipalities Program for the year 1981-,82
1S proposed to expended as follows:
1981 Street Paving Improvements
7th Avenue Greenbelt
Outdoor Sports Center
Public Restrooms
Business District Trash Receptacles
Small Boat Harbor Fish Cleaning Rack
Sidewalk Repairs
Small Boat Harbor Fuel Dock Relocation

Section 2. This resolution takes effect immediately
upon its adoption.
