CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. Rl-41
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR THE CITY BANK ACCOUNT
AND RESCINDING ALL PREVIOUS RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
that any two of the follcwing signatures shall appear on all checks, drafts,
notes or orders drawn against the below-captioned account maintained by the
City of Seward, Alaska, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all previously approved resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby rescinded.

PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA,
