CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 90-042
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD,
ALASKA, ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FEES
WHEREAS, the City has assumed planning and zoning powers from
the Kenai peninsula Borough; and
WHEREAS, there are certain administrative costs associated
with processing the applications for actions taken under the city's
zoning and land use code which should be borne by the applicant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
