CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 90-069
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR GENERAL
FUND REVENUE AND EXPENSE INCREASES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990
WHEREAS, legal expenses incurred to date have exceeded the
Fiscal Year 1990 budget by $77,337.00; and
WHEREAS, additional expenses are anticipated for legal
expenses at approximately $30,000.00; and
WHEREAS, expenses incurred for copier expenses have been
separated from the related revenues from the copies; and
WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 1990 did not reflect the
separation in the copier revenue and expenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
section 1. The sum of One Hundred Seven Thousand, Three
Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($107,337) is hereby appropriated from
Sales Tax Revenue Account No. 101-0000-4120-0100 to the Mayor/Coun-
cil Legal Account No. 101-1110-5170.
Section 2. The sum of Thirty-Four Thousand Dollars ($34,000)
is hereby appropriated from General Government Copier Revenue
Account No. 101-0000-4410-0110 to the copier expense accounts as
follows:
Account No. 101-1181-5380, Maintenance & Repair - $2,000
Account No. 101-1181-5410, Office Supplies - $8,000
Account No. 101-1181-5500, Equipment Rental - $24,000
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 25th day of June, 1990.
