CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA
RESOLUTION NO. 90-110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR
THE CITY'S SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to lease a
safe deposit box in the name of the city at the Seward Branch of
the First National Bank of Anchorage, and to enter into such lease
agreement on behalf of the city with the said bank as may be
necessary to carry this resolution into effect.
Section 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that anyone of the
following persons are hereby authorized and shall have access to
and full power to remove the contents of and to exchange said
contents until said bank shall have received at its above named
branch office a certified copy of a resolution revoking or
modifying this resolution:
Darryl Schaefermeyer, City Manager
Linda S. Murphy, City Clerk
Rick Gifford, Finance Director
Kris Erchinger, Accounting Technician
Section 3. All prior resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby rescinded.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward,
Alaska, this 24th day of September, 1990.
