Sponsored by: Schaefermeyer CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 90-124 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 90-060 TO CLARIFY THE RATE CHARGED TO PROVIDE WATER TO TEMPORARILY MOORED VESSELS WHEREAS, Resolution No. 90-060 contained a clerical error which created some confusion in the rates set for providing water to temporarily moored vessels; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 90-060 is hereby amended to read as follows: 2. Ship water - Water furnished to temporarily moored vessels. (a) Less than 1,000 gallons from Seward Small Boat Harbor Facilities not requiring city assistance or use of fire hydrants - NO CHARGE (b) All service not included above: * Basic Charge........................ $50.00 * When outside of normal Harbor Department business hours, the charge shall be $100.00. (c) In addition to the Basic Charge, vessels shall be charged $2.50 per thousand gallons for all water in excess of the first 1,000 gallons. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 8th day of October, 1990.
