Sponsored by: Schaefermeyer CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA RESOLUTION NO. 90-132 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO COVER REMAINING COSTS OF THE 1986 FLOOD WHEREAS, the Special Revenue Fund No. 213, 1986 Flood, was reviewed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has paid all that it will pay, leaving an unpaid balance in the Special Revenue Fund of [$202,770.49]; and WHEREAS, KPMG Peat Marwick, the auditors for the city of Seward for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1990, wish to close out this Special Revenue Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, that: section 1. The sum of Two Hundred and Two Thousand, Seven Hundred and Seventy Dollars and Forty-Nine Cents ($202,770.49) is hereby transferred from the General Fund Balance Transfer Account No. 101-0000-3070 to the 1986 Flood Fund 213 Transfer Account No. 213-000-3070. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the city of Seward, Alaska, this 29th day of October, 1990.
