HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1991-003 Sponsored by Schaefermever CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 91-003 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO JOAN CLEMENS (LAND OWNER) AND SANDRA AND MARl NELSON (BUSINESS OWNER/OPERATOR) FOR A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, MARINA SUBDIVISION, AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 15.10.320 OF THE CITY CODE WHEREAS, Joan Clemens and Sandra requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Lot 2, Block 1, Marina SUbdivision; and and Mare Nelson have fast food restaurant on WHEREAS, an application meeting the requirements of Section 15.10.320 B. of the City Code was submitted and received on April 16, 1991; and WHEREAS, the subject property is located in the Harbor Commercial Zone; and WHEREAS, on May 1, 1991, a duly advertised public hearing was conducted by the Commission in accordance with Section 15.01.04 of the City Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission that: Section 1. The Commission finds that the applicants have met all of the conditions set forth in Section 15.10.320 D. of the Seward City Code. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue a Conditional Use Permit to Joan Clemens and Sandra and Mari Nelson for a fast food restaurant to be located on Lot 2, Block, 1, Marina Subdivision. Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and zoning Commission this 1st day of May, 1991.
