HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1991-006 Sponsored by Schaefermever CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 91-006 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVE THE REZONE OF LOTS 13-15, BLOCK 18, OTS, FROM AUTO COMMERCIAL TO MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, the City Council has introduced Ordinance No. 663 to rezone lots 13-15, Block 18, Original Townsite of Seward, from Auto Commercial to Multi-Family Residential; and WHEREAS, the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission has conducted a public hearing on the proposed rezone; and WHEREAS, the subject property is designated Multi-Family Residential in the current Land Use Plan of the city; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission that: Section 1. The Seward City Council is urged to enact Ordinance No. 663, approving the rezone of Lots 13-15, Block 18, Original Townsite of Seward, from AC to R3, in accordance with the Seward Land Use Plan. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 6th day of November, 1991.
