HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes1990-012 Sponsored by Schaefermever CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 91-012 A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL CONSENT TO THE REPLAT OF LOTS 6-9, FOLZ SUBDIVISION, INTO A SINGLE LOT BY VACATING THE INTERNAL PROPERTY LINES WHEREAS, Subdivision, substation on the city of Seward with the intent the property; and recently acquired Lots 6-9, Folz of constructing an electrical WHEREAS, SCC ~ 12.01. 030 states that no building except a single family residence may be constructed across platted property lines; and WHEREAS, although corporate limits of the important that the city city-owned lands; and this property is located outside the city of Seward, the Commission deems it follow Code-established policies on all WHEREAS, SCC ~ 16.01.015 requires City Council consent prior to submitting a preliminary plat of city-owned property to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission that: Section 1. The City Council of Lots 6-9, Folz Subdivision, internal property lines. is urged to consent to the replat into a single lot by vacating Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
