PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 93-009
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION,
RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 93-09,
AMENDING THE SEWARD ZONING CODE, ~ 15.10.140, DEFINITIONS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and the administration have held many
work sessions to review and develop revised zoning definitions; and
WHEREAS, the inclusion of detailed definitions is important to ensure that all
parties concerned understand the intent and meaning of terms used throughout the
Seward Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. Proposed Ordinance No. 93-09, amending Seward Zoning Code, ~
15.10.140, Definitions, is recommended for introduction and enactment by the City
Council.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this
7th day of April, 1993.
