RESOLUTION NO. 2S:Z1
A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING AMENDMENTS TO SCC TITLE 15 REGARDING
THE LAND USE TABLE, DEFINITIONS AND VARIOUS HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS
WHEREAS, ongoing review and amendments to Title 15 of the Seward City Code are
necessary to address the changing conditions of the community and to provide consistent, accurate
information to city officials, staff and the public; and
WHEREAS, continuous use, interpretation and review of the code has resulted in the
discovery of certain sections of Title 15 which require revision and clarification; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
Commission that:
Section 1. A proposed ordinance, attached and incorporated herein by reference, revising
certain sections of Title 15 of the Seward City Code, is recommended to the City Council for
adoption.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning Commission this 4th
day of October, 1995.
