COMMISSION, RECOMMENDING KENAI PENIN~A '<../ BOROUGH APPROVAL OF THE CLEAR VIEW SUBJVVI~ NO.6 ~ WHEREAS, Lounsbury & Associates, Inc. has SUb~~d~iminary plat to the City of Seward for Clear View Subdivision No. 6, ~4 ion 3, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska, City Sew rd, Seward Recording District, containing 3.194 acres, for review and reco~~d . n to the Kenai Peninsula Borough; and A. \U WHEREAS, the subdivision will have ~2) lots; and WHEREAS, the property is~n~ Two Family Residential, which is intended to provide for medium density e 0 seven dwelling units per acre) transitional housing area with a mix of single and two amily units, free from other uses except those which are both compatible and~evenient to residents of such a district; and WHEREAS, the ~_~eet the minimum lot size and width requirements of the Seward Zoning Code ~o final approval of the plat; and WHEREA~Ubdivision will provide more land for development witllin the City of Seward, 5 W~~S, in accordance with Seward City Code, the Commission held a PUbli~~ the preliminary plat at its September 7, 2004 regular meeting. r~NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning d-;..!.ssion that: ~ ' Section 1.
