A RESOLUTION OF THE SEWARD PLANNING AND ZONING CO~ION
OF THE CITY OF SEWARD, ALASKA, RECOMMENDING TH E ITY
COUNCIL AMEND SEWARD CITY CODE TABLE 15.10.225~~ SES
ALLOWED, TO ALLOW "RACETRACK" AS A CONDI~TNAL.~IN THE
INSTATUTIONAL ZONING DISTRICT AND TO _ SPECIFIC
DEVELOPMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND ~F ITION FOR
"RACETRACK" AND "MOTORIZED VEHICLE".
[As Amended at 12/7/04 and 2/01/05 Planning and ~ee ings]
Code; and
WHEREAS, the attached or~~i allow the use of racetracks as a
conditional use in the Institut~Jt~; District and will provide specific
developmental requirements and a ~on for racetracks; and

NOW, TlIl~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the Seward Planning and Zoning
